Workflow Icons and Indicators

The Workflow Workbench displays icons and indicators that provide additional information about a prescription such as where it came from, how the drug is stored, and whether attachments are present. Refer to Table 1 below to review the descriptions for the various Workflow icons and indicators.

Indicators Description
A prescription was scheduled with Auto Refill.
prescription has been adapted.
@ prescription was an Amjay online refill (only applicable to stores with Amjay Central Profile integration).
@1 prescription was an Amjay online refill that included a note, either submitted by the patient or auto-generated by Amjay (only applicable to stores with Amjay Central Profile integration).
prescription has one or more attachments, and they can be viewed by right-clicking this icon and selecting Attachment.
B prescription was Batch processed and the TAC/TDU needs to be reviewed before the Batch can complete (only applicable to British Columbia stores).
N prescription was rejected by the Narcotic Monitoring System (only applicable to Ontario stores).
prescription still needs to be processed from the Intake window.
PC Minor Ailments prescription (medication and/or PFS) was written back to Propel Rx from RxConsultAction.
PhotoRx prescription from the diem health app. Once the prescription enters Rx Detail, the indicator changes to a W.
prescription was received from PrescribeIT®.
Drug is refrigerated.
S prescription was filled via Med Sync.
S! prescription was short filled via Med Sync.
prescription has no Sticky Notes but they can be added by selecting this icon.
prescription has a Sticky Note, and it can be viewed by selecting this icon.
T prescription was called in via IVR.
T! prescription was called in via IVR and a system note was added with more information about the refill (e.g., prescription is unauthorized, Contact Doctor).
W prescription was a web Refill that came in through the diem health app.
Indicators Description
